I can tell you from personal experience that working with others in a totaly oposite time zone, can be a horrible experience. When you want to talk or discuss the project, you often find that you can’t because the other partner is sleeping. And either one of you have to sacrifice, and stay up in order to discuss things.

Thanks useful video, although I don’t think I have the skill to partake in such a project in the first place. Sad but true.
